Job summary

The Boldt Company, Arlington, TX, is seeking an administrative support professional to assist in construction project accounting. You’ll work across accounts payable, accounts receivable, customer billing, job costing, cost accounting, and payroll, partnering with Project Managers and Project Controls to manage codes and review invoices.

Ideal candidates have an associate degree or equivalent experience, with 1+ year of construction project accounting experience preferred, and proficiency in

Qualifications

• Associate degree is required or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of construction project accounting experience preferred.
• Knowledge of construction accounting, job cost accounting, project billing, AP, payroll, and subcontractor billing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Adobe or Bluebeam PDF software.

Responsibilities

• Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, customer billing, job costing, cost accounting, general ledger accounting, and union payroll.
• Partner with Project Managers and Project Controls to manage job codes and cost codes, review invoices and purchase orders, and prepare customer and progress billings.
• Coordinate subcontractor payment applications and payroll/timesheets for construction projects.
