• Prepare monthly job cost accrual reports.
• Process owner billings and sworn statements.
• Process payments to subcontractors and suppliers.
• Obtain lien waivers for vendor payments.
• Obtain contract documents and change orders prior to vendor payments.
• Obtain current and valid insurance.
