• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience with job costing and service industry accounting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts receivable and accounts payable accurately and timely.
• Manage job costing, project profitability tracking, and reconciliations.
• Prepare journal entries and assist month-end close activities.
• Support sales tax reporting and annual audits.
• Assist with administrative tasks and document management as needed.
