Korn Ferry is partnering with a client in Boston, MA to recruit a Project Accountant. The role focuses on budgeting, job costing, accounts payable and coordinating with Project Managers to monitor project financial performance.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, strong budgeting skills, and experience with Timberline. Hybrid work with four days in office and one day remote is offered, plus a path for progression.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required.
• Experience in project accounting, construction accounting, or job cost accounting preferred.
• Strong budgeting and analytical capabilities; able to understand drivers of project costs.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Project Managers on budgeting, cost management and financial performance.
• Prepare and review project budgets; advise budgeting teams on cost activity.
• Analyze job cost activity for accuracy and trends; flag discrepancies.
