Holder Construction Group seeks a Staff Accountant to join our Finance team in Atlanta, GA. This full-time, in-person role focuses on accurate financial reporting, project billing, and cost analysis to support our construction projects and asset records.

1-3 years of accounting experience; construction industry experience preferred.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problemsolving skills.

Demonstrated attention to detail, strong work ethic, and consistent followup skills.

Responsibilities

Prepare and support accurate financial reporting in accordance with company and industry standards.
Coordinate project billing and assist with timely and accurate invoicing.
Perform job cost reconciliation and support analysis of project financials.
Maintain asset accounting records and assist with related reconciliations.
Collaborate effectively with project teams and accounting colleagues while managing individual responsibilities with strong followthrough and attention to detail.
