Job summary

Nox Group is seeking a Project Accountant to support large-scale data center and mission-critical construction projects nationwide. This role serves as the front line for project accounting, maintaining accurate records and addressing financial issues with Project Accounting Managers to ensure financial health of projects.

You will collaborate with Project Managers and Engineers, manage WIP reviews, subcontractor documentation, accounts payable, and billings in line with contracts, while

Qualifications

• Experience with project accounting in construction is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Familiarity with ERP and WIP processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain project records in ERP per contract terms.
• Conduct monthly WIP reviews to analyze profitability and billing status.
• Process accounts payable and subcontractor documentation.
• Manage change orders and ensure proper documentation and approvals.
• Prepare project billings and track payment status with customers.
