Responsibilities

• Compile costs by project and prepare monthly draws.
• Record AP/AR for assigned projects.
• Reconcile construction costs between cost reports and actuals monthly.
• Prepare check runs by project.
• Maintain internal reports and schedules.
• Assist in monthly financial close with journal entries and reporting.
• Research and reconcile accounts.
• Perform other special projects as assigned.
