Prepare and review job cost reports to compare budget vs. actual performance
Record journal entries, accruals, and cost adjustments tied to each project
Support monthly close by reconciling job cost ledgers and assisting with WIP (Work in Progress) schedules
Partner with Project Managers to analyze project profitability and resolve cost discrepancies
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cost projections for active jobs
Provide financial reporting support for management and CFO reviews
