• Experience in financial accounting within construction or manufacturing.

• Strong cost accounting knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial transactions for construction projects.
• Perform detailed cost analysis and budget monitoring.
• Prepare variance analyses, cash flow statements, and profitability reports.
• Reconcile balance sheets and GL entries.
• Maintain internal controls in line with SOX requirements.
• Analyze GAAP and double-entry bookkeeping for projects.
• Support forecasting through data collection and trend analysis.
