The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (or related field) with 2–4 years of accounting experience, public accounting preferred, and CMiC/Excel proficiency. Construction industry experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field, or equivalent years of relevant experience.
• 2–4 years of Accounting experience; public accounting preferred.
• Construction industry experience a plus.
• Decision making, research and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Time management skills to organize and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Ability to work independently.
• CMiC software experience a plus.
• Able to quickly learn and understand new software and systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and process project cost and payment records.
• Provide financial details support to operations staff.
• Update account reconciliations and CMiC reporting.
• Prepare schedules and submit to management.
• Apply GAAP to accruals, prepaids and billing adjustments.
• Review CMiC reports and post invoices.
