Qualifications

• Candidates should have construction accounting or job costing experience.
• Familiarity with AIA billing and progress billing required.
• Experience with Procore, Textura, and other construction software a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial administration of multiple construction projects from setup to completion.
• Maintain project budgets, cost reports, and forecasts.
• Monitor job costs and variances; provide profitability analysis.
• Process monthly billing and AIA/pay applications.
• Support month-end close and financial reporting.
