The role requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance and 2+ years of accounting experience, with proficiency in Excel and Word. Travel to regional sites may occur; strong attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field and 2+ years accounting experience; CPA not required.
• Demonstrated financial acumen with analyses for business decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Excel and Word; familiarity with construction accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve project cost tracking and billings processes.
• Prepare project forecasts and budgets with detail for leadership review.
• Review job cost summaries and ensure accuracy of earned revenue and billings.
• Support regional operations with financial audits and forecasting.
• Supervise subcontractor payments and ensure compliance with terms.
• Support month-end close and variance analysis for projects.
