Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractor billing, payments, and compliance.
• Process invoices and payments within the ERP system.
• Reconcile activity and maintain accurate project records.
• Prepare and post project invoices.
• Support job cost reporting and project financial audits.
• Communicate with subcontractors and vendors regarding billing.
• Assist with general accounting and project-related financial activities.
