Qualifications

• 5+ years of cost, project, or construction accounting experience.
• Strong experience with WIP, forecasting, billing, and cost-to-complete analysis.
• Construction industry experience preferred; CMiC and/or Textura experience highly desirable

Responsibilities

• Own project financial reporting, forecasting, budgets, and cost analysis
• Manage owner billings, change orders, commitments, accruals, and month-end close
• Identify financial risks and partner with project teams to drive results
