You will prepare accurate owner billings and ensure job costs align with contracts and internal controls, working closely with project teams.

The role emphasizes timely billings, cost reconciliation, and understanding cash flow impacts on project performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field is required.
• 3 years of accounting-related experience preferred.
• Prior billing experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Review owner contracts and identify billing requirements.
• Analyze and process job-related costs per internal controls.
• Coordinate billing with project teams and reconcile costs to monthly billings.
• Identify unbilled or late-billed costs and communicate them.
• Coordinate timely subcontractor payments in exchange for waivers.
• Review and compile waiver packages.
• Facilitate job closeout and reconcile project profit and loss.
• Monitor subcontractor insurance compliance.
