Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant work experience in accounting.
• Knowledge of construction industry terms and project accounting processes.

Responsibilities

• Support project teams with accurate financial data.
• Assist Project Managers with cost projections and reconciliations.
• Prepare and review Project Financial Status Reports (PFSR).
• Track contracts, insurance, waivers, bonds, and related documentation.
• Maintain detailed project financial records for audit readiness.
• Process owner and trade contractor invoices and payments.
