Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Business, Accounting, or related field.
• Two or more years of accounting/project accounting experience.
• Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Support Construction Operations with accurate financial data.
• Assist Project Managers with cost projections and reconciliations.
• Support executive project financial status reviews (PFSR).
• Collect and track contracts, insurance, waivers, bonds, and related documents for risk management.
• Maintain detailed project financial records for auditors.
• Provide orientation and information to trade contractors regarding payments and contract compliance.
• Process project and trade contractor financial transactions and invoicing.
• Support corporate financial accounting tasks as needed.
