Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Sends checks to the appropriate person for signature and matches checks for accuracy.
• Receives unapproved invoices and routes them for approval.
• Performs full cycle invoice processing, printing checks, and balancing batches.
• Reviews bids and pre-qualifications as required.
• Manages office supplies and responds to invoice/payment requests.
