North Slope Borough — Port Authority is seeking a seasoned supervisor to oversee and deliver projects assigned by the Director. You will manage Project Administrators, liaise with Consultants and Contractors, and ensure adherence to schedules, budgets, and Borough procedures.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and contract administration skills, with a focus on safeguarding project integrity and regulatory compliance.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• 4 years admin/managerial experience in construction/engineering.
• 2 years work with Federal, State and Borough laws/regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise, direct, and train Project Administrators and coordinate with Consultants and Contractors.
• Prepare and submit project documentation (RFPs, manuals, reports, close-out docs) per procedures.
• Review manuals, specifications, drawings, cost estimates, bidding, and schedules.
• Oversee construction projects as Borough’s project representative, with goals, schedules and budgets.
• Monitor funds; perform contracting and purchasing per North Slope Borough codes.
• Assist Director in all departmental functions and support.
• Supervise, train, and coordinate daily staff operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
