Job summary

ReCo Renovation and Construction is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee multiple construction projects in Rocklin, CA. You’ll lead the construction team, manage bids, schedules, and budgets, and ensure work meets plans and codes.

The role emphasizes leadership, strong communication, and delivering high-quality outcomes for clients. Ideal candidates have prior construction management experience; PMP certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage budgets and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of all construction projects and ensure customer and client satisfaction
• Manage the construction team and assign leads to superintendents
• Manage large scale projects, including comprehensive project bidding, bid oversight and project coordination
• Ensure project schedules are in place and monitor completion schedules and budgetary requirements
• Ensure all work complies with plans, codes and scope requirements
• Document each project including photos, contracts and change orders
• Conduct end-of-day/debrief with superintendents
