Ho'olaulima Government Solutions LLC (HGS) is seeking a Program Manager to support the Enhanced Use Lease program at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam. The role involves technical, programmatic, and management support across planning and execution phases.

Responsibilities include coordinating with ROICC/PW8, maintaining IMS, and providing written analyses and recommendations to mitigate risks and drive successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or closely related field is required.
• Minimum of five years in program management with similar duties.
• Current U.S. PE or RA license is required.
• Ability to develop innovative, technically sound solutions.
• Experience advising Navy leadership on construction management.

Responsabilités

• Provide QA guidance on construction methods and practices for the Government.
• Offer technical and programmatic support to ROICC and PW8 leadership.
• Maintain IMS, ensuring schedules reflect environmental mitigation, logistics, and funding.
• Identify and resolve issues impacting cost, schedule, or quality objectives.
• Review requirements and provide analyses, comments, and risk recommendations monthly.
• Provide recommendations on schedule, cost, risk, logistics, and procurement to support execution.
