Job summary

STV, Inc. is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead large-scale public agency programs through pre-construction and construction phases, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, civil engineering or construction management.
• Minimum of five years of progressive project management experience.
• Up to two years of required experience may be satisfied by a Master’s degree in construction management or civil engineering.
• Applicants must be authorized to accept permanent employment in the U.S. with any employer.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects for large-scale public agency programs during pre-construction and construction phases.
• Ensure projects meet contract schedules, quality standards and budgets.
• Oversee scope, schedule, budget, cost, cash flow, quality, communications, and resources.
• Direct development of proposals, initiation, execution/control and closeout; monitor manpower, equipment, materials, and procedures.
• Utilize Procore, PlanGrid, MS Project, Primavera P6 and Bluebeam extensively.
