Paradigm Power Delivery Inc. seeks a Buyer to lead day-to-day procurement, sourcing materials and services, and managing supplier relationships to meet project goals in Overland Park, KS.

You will solicit bids, evaluate quotations, negotiate terms, and coordinate with Estimating, Legal, Operations, and Finance to ensure timely, cost-effective contract execution and continuous process improvement throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 2–5 years related procurement experience.
• Strong negotiating and analytical skills are required.
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Solicit bids, evaluate quotations, select suppliers, and execute contracts.
• Coordinate scheduling and expediting of deliverables to meet timelines.
• Collaborate with Estimating, Legal, Operations and Finance for compliance and accuracy in proposals.
• Maintain supplier relationships and ensure smooth PO execution; address issues.
• Engage in continuous improvement of procurement processes and supplier relationships.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers and subcontractors.
