Job summary

Paradigm Power Delivery, Inc. is seeking an Associate Buyer to manage day-to-day procurement, sourcing materials, services and subcontractors, and drive cost-effective sourcing for projects.

You will coordinate with Estimating, Legal and Operations to ensure proposal compliance, negotiate favorable terms, and maintain strong supplier relationships while supporting proposal planning, project execution, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, with 2-5 years of related procurement or construction experience.
• Strong negotiating and analytical skills.
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to interface with all levels of management.

Responsibilities

• Solicit bids, evaluate quotations, select suppliers, and execute contracts per project needs.
• Coordinate scheduling and expediting of deliverables, services, and materials to meet timelines.
• Ensure contracts are closed out properly with terms fulfilled and documented.
• Collaborate with Estimating, Legal, and Operations to ensure proposal compliance and accuracy.
• Maintain and manage supplier relationships to ensure smooth PO execution and issue resolution.
• Oversee warranty efforts and address post-project issues.
