Responsibilities

• Develop and prepare specifications for quotes, bids, RFPs, and annual contracts.
• Compile and analyze bid responses to determine best value and present recommendations.
• Interview and research vendors and negotiate terms with suppliers.
• Administer contracts and resolve disputes related to orders and delivery.
• Maintain knowledge of state laws and district procurement policies.
• Assist vendors on how to do business with the District and provide required information.
