Job summary

Strike is seeking a Procurement Specialist to provide procurement support for the Gulf Coast Region. Responsibilities include preparing and processing requisitions and Purchase Orders for goods and services, managing open commitments, and coordinating supplier documents.

Ideal candidate has 2–5 years of construction procurement experience, with a bachelor's degree or higher preferred and procurement certification. Travel across South Texas may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have initiative to solve complex problems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and written/oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support procurement needs from bid process to Purchase Order issuance and management of open commitments.
• Identify and process requisitions and Purchase Orders for goods and services.
• Coordinate supplier documents including purchase orders, change orders, and related documents.
• Support supplier qualification requirements, including contract, safety and insurance expectations, and pricing.
