Job summary

Imperium Global is seeking an experienced Commercial Project Manager to lead a portfolio of ground-up and renovation projects in Florida. You will drive preconstruction through closeout, coordinating with owners, architects and subcontractors to deliver on time, on budget and to the required quality.

The role emphasizes leadership, strong communication, and proactive risk management across healthcare, education, hospitality, retail and mixed-use developments.

Qualifications

• Experience managing commercial GC projects through full lifecycle.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities are essential.
• Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6).
• A degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, cost forecasting and financial performance.
• Procurement, buyout and contract administration for subcontractors.
• Coordinate RFIs, submittals, change orders and project documentation.
• Lead meetings with owners, architects and subcontractors.
• Collaborate with field teams to maintain schedules and resolve issues.
• Monitor costs and identify risks affecting delivery.
• Maintain relationships with clients, design teams and subs.
• Ensure safety, quality and profitability standards are met.
• Mentor Assistant PMs and Project Engineers as needed.
