Job summary

NVR, Inc. (Ryan Homes) invites college students in Ohio to join its Construction Project Manager Trainee program.

You will work with an experienced Project Manager to oversee the entire home-building process for a community of new homes and gain hands-on experience in budgeting, scheduling, and quality control. Candidates must be actively enrolled and expected to graduate Fall 2026 or Spring 2027; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Actively enrolled and expected to graduate Fall 2026 or Spring 2027.
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Current Driver’s License required.
• Construction or customer-relations experience is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Participate in NVR’s training program combining classroom and on-the-job experience.
• Positively impact the customer experience with the Ryan Homes Community Team.
• Ensure homes are completed within budgets, timelines, and scope.
• Supervise and schedule subcontractors and maintain positive working relationships.
• Manage community assets, perform quality inspections, and order materials.
