NVR's Ryan Homes is seeking a Construction Project Manager Trainee to learn the end-to-end home-building process under an experienced Project Manager. This structured program blends classroom and on-the-job training to prepare you for a leadership role on a busy job site.

You will grow in time management, organization, and communication as you supervise subcontractors, manage budgets and schedules, and maintain strong customer relations throughout a community build.

Qualifications

• Working toward a Bachelor's degree, preferred.
• Proven time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a training program that combines classroom and on-the-job experience.
• Positively impact the customer experience while working with the Ryan Homes Community Team.
• Ensure homes are completed within budgets, timelines, and project scope.
• Supervise and schedule sub-contractors, maintaining positive working relationships.
• Manage community assets, conduct quality control inspections, order materials, and handle customer relations.
