Job summary

Ryan Homes, a brand of NVR, is seeking a Construction Project Manager Trainee to learn the full home-building process by shadowing an experienced Project Manager. This training program combines classroom and on-the-job experience to prepare you for managing a job site and delivering quality homes.

You will gain hands-on experience, support the community team, and strive to complete homes within budget and schedule while building relationships with subcontractors and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field.
• Strong time management, organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Current Driver’s License.
• Construction and/or customer relations experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured training program with classroom and on-the-job experience.
• Positively impact the customer experience while working with the Ryan Homes Community Team.
• Ensure all homes are completed within budgets, timelines, and scope.
• Supervise and schedule sub-contractors and maintain positive working relationships.
• Manage community assets, conduct quality control inspections, order materials, and manage customer relations.
