Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required or preferred.
• Strong time management and organizational skills are essential.

• Demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Current Driver’s License; construction or customer relations experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in NVR’s training program blending classroom and on-the-job experience.
• Positively impact the customer experience while working with the Ryan Homes Community Team.
• Ensure homes are completed within budgets, timelines, and scope.
• Supervise and schedule subcontractors, maintaining positive working relationships.
• Manage community assets, conduct quality control inspections, order materials, and manage customer relations.
