Responsibilities

Participate in the structured training program with classroom and on-the-job experience.
Support on-site activities and coordinate with the Community Team.
Help ensure homes are completed within budgets, timelines, and scope.
Assist in supervising subcontractors and maintaining positive relationships.
Contribute to quality control, material orders, and customer relations.
