Job summary

Ryan Homes, a brand of NVR, offers a Construction Project Manager Trainee program to gain hands-on experience in managing the full home-building process. You will train alongside a current Project Manager to master skills for job-site management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficient time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop strong working relationships.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Current Driver’s License.
• Construction and/or customer relations experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in NVR’s comprehensive training program that combines classroom and on-the-job experience.
• Positively impact the customer experience while working with the Ryan Homes Community Team.
• Ensure all homes are completed within budgets, timelines, and scope.
• Supervise and schedule subcontractors, maintaining positive working relationships.
• Manage community assets, conduct quality control inspections, order materials, and manage customer relations.
