Job summary

Ryan Homes in the United States offers a Construction Project Manager Trainee program where you will gain hands-on experience shadowing a current Project Manager and learn to oversee an entire home-building process. Responsibilities

Participate in the training program combining classroom and on‑the‑job experience.
Positively impact the customer experience with the Ryan Homes Community Team.
Ensure homes are completed within budgets, timelines, and scope.
Supervise and schedule subcontractors and maintain positive relationships.
Manage community assets, conduct quality inspections, order materials, and handle customer relations.
