Job summary

Ryan Homes, a brand of NVR, is seeking a Construction Project Manager Trainee in Jacksonville. This structured program offers hands-on experience alongside a current Project Manager to master the skills needed to effectively manage a job site.

You will participate in classroom and on-the-job training, oversee home-building activities, and work with the Ryan Homes Community Team to ensure project success from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to develop strong working relationships.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Current Driver's License.
• Construction and/or customer relations experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in training program with classroom and hands-on experience.
• Work directly with the Ryan Homes Community Team to positively impact customer experience.
• Ensure homes are completed within budgets, timelines, and scope.
• Supervise and schedule sub-contractors while maintaining positive working relationships.
• Manage community assets, conduct quality control inspections, order materials, and manage customer relations.
