Job summary

Boogieteam is seeking a hands-on Monday.com Setup and Systems Specialist to support a U.S.-based construction company. You will set up and maintain the Monday.com workspace, build workflows, boards, dashboards, and reporting systems to manage projects, tasks, deadlines, documents, and responsibilities.

Ideal candidates have experience configuring similar project management platforms, can learn quickly, and will train staff on best practices.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience setting up and maintaining Monday.com.
Experience building workflows, dashboards, templates, reports, and automations.
Strong understanding of project tracking and operational processes.
Ability to translate business processes into organized systems.
Clear written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

Set up and customize Monday.com workspace for operational needs.
Build boards, workflows, templates, forms, dashboards, reports, and automations.
Create systems to track construction projects, tasks, deadlines, documents, and stages.
Maintain the platform and keep information organized and updated.
Identify workflow gaps and recommend automation opportunities.
Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing user support.
Create simple process guides and train employees on Monday.com use.
