Job summary

Nexus Integrity Management, LLC in Kansas City, MO is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead field-driven projects in pipeline integrity and corrosion protection. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and client communications, coordinating foremen, VP, and subcontractors to deliver on time and within budget.

The role requires travel up to 25%, a Bachelor’s in Construction Management or a related field, and PM experience (PMP preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; PM role experience in construction or pipeline projects is preferred.
• PMP certification preferred but not required.
• Experience in direct customer interactions regarding all project matters.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scope, schedule, budget for each job.
• Proactive and frequent communication with client, internal employees, subcontractors, material vendors, etc.
• Ordering materials required for specific jobs and ensuring availability on site.
• Managing field employees and coordinating logistics of mobilization, on-site work, and demobilization.
• Ensure quality of work and deliverables to the client; review and approve time sheets; assist in invoicing clients.
• Lead on resolving worksite problems and scheduling technicians weekly.
