Job summary

Talent Edge Recruiting is seeking a Project Manager - Sports and Golf Division to lead field-based projects across multiple states with extensive travel. The role requires relocation to the Kansas City, MO area and is not remote.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or 2+ years PM experience in commercial construction is preferred, with Procore experience a plus. Expect 70% travel across a multi-state Midwest-to-East Coast territory, with 7:00 AM start times and a comprehensive benefits package

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required or 2+ years of commercial construction PM experience.
Concrete construction experience strongly preferred; earthwork experience also considered.
Experience with a project management software platform (Procore experience a plus).

Responsibilities

Manage 10–12 active projects at a time — $1.3M to $12M, 4 months to 2 years.
Own the full project lifecycle: schedule, procurement, and POs.
Serve as technical point of contact to architects and engineers, and liaison to on-site superintendents.
Coordinate with the office to keep crews and equipment moving to jobsites.
Balance heavy planning in office with 3–4 jobsite visits per day.
Travel regionally and cross-country to project sites; keep rotations manageable.
Track daily field notes, progress, and billing in Procore.
