Job summary

The Intelligence and National Security Alliance is seeking a Project Manager responsible for representing clients and vendors on project-related topics from inception to conclusion.

The role includes overseeing conceptual development, coordinating scheduling, and ensuring projects such as capital improvements, rollouts, buildouts, and remodels are completed on time and within budget. This position requires strong liaison and budgetary coordination across vendors.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in Project Management specifically in the trades industry.
• Experience in project rollouts and delivering on-time results.
• 3-5 years' experience in vendor management (bids, negotiations, contractor management).
• Technical/Trade knowledge of core trades, terms, concepts, repair resolution, and material.
• Proven ability to successfully manage many projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Estimate and control project costs by collecting and analyzing information.
• Coordinate with Lead Project Managers to schedule labor, equipment, and materials within budgets.
• Maintain schedules and budgets, document actions and needs across teams.
• Prepare and issue insurance certificates and manage permits where needed.
• Assist in evaluating and reconciling vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
