Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction experience, preferably in heavy civil or concrete projects.
• Bachelor's degree in CM, business admin, or related field.
• Experience with PM software and ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field activities for assigned projects and monitor progress.
• Serve as on-site liaison between PMO, clients, and fabrication facility.
• Assist with change orders and field verification; ensure safety and specs.
• Provide field reports to Senior PM and PMO.
