Job summary

ARCO/Murray is seeking a Project Manager Intern for Summer 2027 in Emeryville, CA. You’ll support Project Managers from estimating to subcontracting and billing, gaining hands-on experience in a design-build environment.

You’ll work with engineers and designers, attend design meetings, review submittals, and participate in shop drawing reviews while learning the full lifecycle of a construction project from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0.
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s of Engineering program.
• Prior industry internship experience is a plus.
• Extracurricular involvement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with estimating and scheduling.
• Attend design meetings with owner and team.
• Review submittals and shop drawings with the design team.
• Support billing, change orders, and project cost status.
• Visit job sites with Project Manager and assist field staff.
