A leading construction recruitment firm is seeking a Project Manager/Estimator to oversee construction projects from initial bidding to final closeout. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in project management or estimating, possess a Bachelor's degree in construction management, and demonstrate proficiency in financial oversight with skills in job costing and cash flow management. This role also emphasizes adaptability and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in project management and/or estimating.
Strong understanding of job costing, P&L statements, receivables, and cash flow.
Construction Project Management: 5 years (Required).
Earthwork and Underground Infrastructure: 3 years (Required).
Public Infrastructure: 3 years (Required).
Responsibilities
Manage all phases of construction projects from bidding through closeout.
Prepare and submit competitive bids and coordinate material takeoffs.
Oversee project budgets, schedules, RFIs, and overall performance.
Ensure projects are completed on time and under budget using strong financial oversight.
Embrace feedback, adapt to change, and support continuous improvement.
