Job summary

A construction management firm is seeking an Estimator to prepare cost estimates by analyzing proposals and meeting deadlines. Responsibilities include attending pre-bid meetings, performing evaluations of drawings and bids, and communicating effectively with clients and subcontractors. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering, have at least 2 years of relevant experience, and possess strong communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software is required. Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in General Contracting or Construction Management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend project pre-bid meetings and walk-throughs.
• Perform pre-construction evaluation of drawings and bid packages.
• Correspond with clients and subcontractors.
