Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience estimating projects in commercial, institutional, and/or industrial buildings.
• Ability to estimate projects ranging from 5 million to 50 million.
• Advanced knowledge of estimating techniques and costing.

Responsibilities

• Manage, evaluate, and assess information for project construction.
• Conduct site investigations and quantity/material takeoffs.
• Prepare estimate schedules for tendering reviews.
