A construction management company is seeking a qualified individual to manage and evaluate project information for timely and budget-conscious completion. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent and 5-10 years of experience estimating commercial and industrial building projects. Responsibilities include site investigations, material takeoff, budgeting, and preparing estimate schedules. Strong knowledge of estimating software and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience estimating projects in commercial, institutional, and/or industrial buildings.
• Ability to estimate projects ranging from 5 million to 50 million.
• Advanced knowledge of estimating techniques and costing.

Responsabilités

• Manage, evaluate, and assess information for project construction.
• Conduct site investigations and quantity/material takeoffs.
• Prepare estimate schedules for tendering reviews.
