Job summary

Alpha Insulation and Waterproofing, part of Installed Building Products, is seeking an experienced estimator/PM to support bid preparation and project execution in Denver, CO. You will review drawings, prepare detailed quotes, and coordinate with sales, production, and clients to ensure competitive, accurate bids.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor's degree and at least 2 years in commercial construction, with Division 7 experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum of 2 years in commercial construction as estimator or PM.
• Division 7 experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed, standardized bid letters and quotes.
• Review drawings, specs and addenda to determine scope.
• Analyze bids for competitiveness and scope differences.
• Coordinate with sales, production, and clients on project requirements.
• Assist with billing projections and job costing.
