Job summary

Alpha Insulation and Waterproofing, part of the IBP family, seeks an estimator/PM to manage bids, prepare detailed quotes, and coordinate with production and suppliers to ensure timely project execution. The role involves reviewing drawings, pricing tasks, and supporting construction progress on site in Denver.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 2 years in commercial construction as a superintendent, PM, or estimator, with Division 7 experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial construction as a superintendent, project manager, or estimator.
• Division 7 experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Attend and review bid statuses, prepare detailed quotes for prime bidders, and follow up on bids.
• Prepare and price submittals; compute cost factors for management and planning.
• Coordinate with production, manufacturers, and contractors on scheduling, materials, and logistics.
• Negotiate price and scope with stakeholders; set up job files after bid awards; resolve issues to prevent delays.
• Conduct site visits and inspect progress for quality and adherence to schedules.
