Job summary

Impact Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Construction Project Manager for a large builder in the United States. The role covers commercial, multifamily, and mixed-use projects with frequent site visits and strong collaboration with engineers, architects, and subcontractors.

You will own project paperwork, develop subcontract scopes, negotiate contracts, plan operations, and lead a team to meet deadlines while ensuring safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager.
• Experience in commercial, multifamily, and mixed-use construction.
• Knowledge of construction procedures and project management principles.
• Familiarity with health and safety standards.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Review issues timely and develop proactive solutions.
• Own the paperwork portion of the project.
• Frequent site visits to monitor progress and quality.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, subcontractors and vendors.
• Develop scopes of work for subcontract procurement.
• Negotiate contracts with external vendors for profitability.
• Determine resources and manage budget constraints.
• Plan construction operations and schedule milestones.
• Lead the project team through collaboration.
• Hire subcontractors and allocate responsibilities.
• Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards.
• Process monthly requisitions.
