EcoFarm Solutions is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects in the U.S. The role includes planning, budgeting, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field and a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, with strong project management skills and the ability to lead a team effectively.

Job description

As a Construction Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects in the U.S. Your primary duties will include planning, budgeting, scheduling, and supervising the construction process from start to finish. You will also be responsible for ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and meets all safety and quality standards.

To excel in this role you should have a strong understanding of construction techniques and processes as well as excellent project management skills. You must also have experience working on large‑scale construction projects and be able to effectively manage a team of contractors and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop project plans, timelines and budgets.
  • Manage all phases of the construction process.

  • Experience managing large‑scale construction projects from start to finish.
  • Proven ability to lead a team of contractors and subcontractors effectively.
  • Knowledge of building codes and regulations in the U.S. is preferred but not required.
