Jobot is seeking a reliable Construction Project Manager to plan and oversee commercial, industrial, healthcare, and educational projects. You will budget, organize, implement, and schedule activities to deliver on time and within scope.

• Proven working experience in construction management.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
• Review the project to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
• Ensure compliance with building and safety regulations on site and offsite.
• Coordinate workers and subcontractors; manage materials and inventory.
• Prepare internal and external reports on job status; plan ahead to prevent problems.
• Negotiate terms, draft contracts, and obtain permits and licenses.
• Mitigate risks and ensure quality construction standards.
