Job summary

ARCO National Construction Company in Framingham, MA, is seeking a motivated Project Manager Co-op for a 6–8 month, full-time program. You will support estimating, scheduling, design meetings, and subcontracting activities under the guidance of experienced PMs.

The internship requires taking a semester off and offers housing stipend, ESOP eligibility consideration, end-of-term bonus, and potential full-time placement. Travel to job sites and formal reviews are provided.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Civil/Mechanical/Architectural or Construction Management bachelor's program.
• GPA minimum 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
• Previous internship or co-op in construction preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Estimating project proposals and valuing projects.
• Scheduling timelines for subs and trades.
• Attending design meetings with owner and team.
• Issuing bid instructions and evaluating proposals.
• Completing permit forms and submissions.
• Reviewing shop drawings and submittals with PM.
• Processing subcontracts and change orders.
• Visiting project sites with PM to ensure progress.
